All New Zealand orders are sent via tracked courier and typically arrive within 1-3 working days from the shipment date.
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders $149 and over
- $8.95 flat rate nationwide (including rural addresses)
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. For redirected parcels after dispatch, please refer to NZ Post instructions here.

All international orders are shipped from New Zealand via NZ Post International Economy + Tracked.
Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days from the shipment date.

- $29.95 NZD flat rate (converted to your local currency at checkout)
- Free shipping on orders over $250 NZD
