Returns Policy
We want you to love every pair. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items within 30 days.
For change of mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on socks that have been worn or tried on. If you have purchased multiple pairs and would like to try them, we recommend opening just one pair first. If they are not right for you, we are happy to refund one opened pair and accept returns on any remaining unopened pairs.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch and we will find the correct solution in line with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Items are returned at the customers expense, unless faulty. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for return shipping. Lamington is not liable for the loss of an item being returned.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, do not request a return. Please send your order details and a photo of the incorrect item to info@lamingtonsocks.com and we will be in contact with you shortly.
We do not accept returns on sale items, end of line, or seconds stock.
Exchange Policy
We cannot provide exchanges. If you would like to replace a pair for different stye or size, you are welcome to submit a return and place another order upon receiving your refund.
International Orders
Please select your products carefully - returns for change of mind will incur a shipping charge.
If a product is faulty, we will offer a refund or store credit.
